Recipe: Nettel's in Beer dough

I remembered recently a old recipe while i did gardening.
To harvest some carrots was the initial plan, but some nettle's did hide between than, and sting me badly. While getting angry and get rid of that pest, i had even a better Idea to have my revange.

Eat it !

Its simply, all you need is:
2 eggs
1 spoon Olive Oil
a pot with oil to fry
125 gr flour
125 ml beer
big leaves of the nettles
a dash citron syrup
glove to protect your fingers....




Make a Dough out of the above, use gloves to put the nettle into the dough and than into the hot oil until golden brown.

Serve while warm, but also cold it tastes great !
